Rogue Tech built a custom Salesforce Community portal that allowed water haulers to submit daily manifests directly — eliminating the daily email chains and spreadsheet attachments from every driver. Each haul record captures pickup date, truck, driver, origin, destination, material type, barrels moved, and hauling invoice details in a single structured entry. The Community replaced a process where every employed water hauler emailed a spreadsheet every single day.

Once a manifest is submitted, an 82-step Salesforce Flow takes over automatically. Based on the hauler identity, origin location, and destination, the workflow calculates hauling charges and disposal charges — applying the correct rate logic for every combination of route and material type. What previously required manual calculation, email follow-up, and spreadsheet reconciliation now runs without any human intervention from submission to invoice generation.
